We designed an email strategy with the goal of growing the client’s email list in volume and subscriber lifetime to sales and increase channel revenue. The client’s program was migrated to Klaviyo, a regular cadence for sending was established and automated flows were implemented. Following the initial email account revamp, the team continued to test and adjust email templates and rules according to findings from monitoring and analyzing each email campaign.
At a minimal cost difference, the client saw a 117% email subscriber increase year over year and 109% revenue increase year over year in their email marketing channel as a result of the strategies and tactics implemented by XA.
