Cedric Penders​

Cedric (Director of E-Commerce at ISLE) started his career in Management Consulting after obtaining his Master's of Science degree in Management. He later transitioned to work and consult for Technology and Direct-to-Consumer startups in New York City and studied Digital Marketing at NYU. With his background and an entrepreneurial mindset, Cedric has helped businesses grow by improving their E-Commerce, Operations and Digital Marketing. Cedric also acts as a Business Advisor for San Diego Sports and Active Lifestyle startups through San Diego Sport Innovators (SDSI).

Reed Naliboff​

Reed is the current marketing lead at ISLE and has a strong history of scaling brands through paid advertising, primarily Facebook. Reed began his career as the first employee at a young DTC start up that quickly leveraged FB’s platform to build a brand to 60+ employees in under 2 years. From there, he has lead the holistic marketing strategies with brands at early angel & seed funding stages, co-founded a marketing agency (with an exit) and transitioned Pier 1 Imports from chapter 11 bankruptcy to a profitable Ecommerce driven brand. Now, at ISLE, he’s focused on turning great content and unique story telling into performance driven marketing.

Darwin Liu

Darwin Liu is the founder and CEO of X Agency. He believes in the power of strategic digital marketing and always finding the best way to not only bring in new customers but retain those customers for his clients. He started as an entry-level account manager at a large agency and quickly rose through the ranks. He managed digital strategy for the largest accounts which totaled over $50M in annual spending. In June 2017, he made the tough yet obvious decision to launch X Agency. Drawing from his experience in the field of digital marketing, Darwin focused his attention on growing his agency which has hit consistent growth milestones since he founded it.

Rachel Anderson

Rachel Anderson is the COO of X Agency. Since joining X Agency, Anderson has grown the company exponentially by establishing a team in Nashville, increasing the client base, and growing the company’s channel/service offerings. Prior to X Agency, Anderson spent nearly 15 years working her way from Creative Director to VP of eCommerce at She helped grow the online startup 10x through innovative improvements to UX Design, Creative and Customer Service Processes, leveraging marketing channels and ongoing technical updates.
